Ever since reading Defoliart's (1999) review article on the subject, I've wanted to learn more about the insects eaten by various cultures. Now, Syaffolee has posted a review of a book I absolutely must have: Man Eating Bugs: The Art and Science of Eating Insects (by Menzel and D'Aluisio). As the title implies, it discusses human entomophagy in various cultures across the world. It's even got pictures. Drool.
